You can share your story in Hindi or English.
You can submit a file upto 2MB. Videos may be uploaded to YouTube and the link shared with us.
Please keep in mind that your submission must be your own story and not someone else's.
Anonymous, if you choose
You can choose for your story to be anonymous too. But remember we're fighting the stigma, and we would encourage you to share your details. The more real people share their lived experiences, the more positive impact it would generate.
Include at least one photo/image with each post if you can. This is optional.
Tell us a little about yourself (1-3 sentences) and share a photo of yourself for your piece.
You will be prompted to do this during the submission process.
Tell us how old you are.
There are different laws applicable to protect young people under the age of 18.
We also accept previously published blog posts or artwork. In this case, just send us the link.

Unfortunately we can’t publish every story we receive on It’s Ok To Talk. This is only because we are a very small team, but we hope to one day have a spot for each story we receive! Your story is very valuable.
Thank you again for sharing your story with It’s Ok to Talk!
